To reset your cPanel or Plesk panel password you must have your client area access(i.e. username and password of client area). Step to reset password is
-> Login into your client area.
->click on "My Services".
->Now you will see all your hosting accounts. After seeing carefully you will see a Green Icon at the end of each product/Services.
->Click on this link.
->Now scroll down. You will see Paragraph
"Login Details:" "If you can't see , Try to find this string"
-> First line contain your control panel username and password given by us at the time of account creation(This may not your currentl cPanel password).
-> You will see text box to write new password and confirm passwordoption to reset your password. Type your new password and click on update button. Your password will be reset.
Note: If you have cPanel (Linux Hosting) Then this process will reset your cPanel, ftp and mysql password. If you are using plesk (Windows Hosting). this will reset only plesk panel password not ftp. You can reset ftp password by clickon web hosting icon into your plesk panel for particular domain.
Note: Please try to do this yourself and if you are not able to reset your password then ask our support team to know you about this. Submitting ticket to reset password take little more time so we recommend you to reset your password yourself.
